b8ada367ae Bug 1836780 - Add UI For Printing Page Content 
This bug adds a print button on the main Fenix toolbar menu and a print
button on the share menu.

This bug adds a main toolbar extra telemetry of
print_content. Additional telemetry and Nimbus instrumentation will be
added in bug 1837517.

ac4f4ccaca Bug 1802584 - Announce "Find in page" edit box when using Talkback 
When using talkback, the focus keeps jumping between the dismiss
button and the "Find in page" edit text. Seems like giving up
the view stub fixes this issue. Considering that the view inflation
performance wins are rather small for such added complexity,
we have given up the view stub.

177013bdfc Bug 1817611 - Revert using live region for talkback on navbar swipe 
A previous PR introduced accessibilityLiveRegion for EngineView
in order for talkback to dictate when swiping to another tab on navbar.
This change lead to talkback dictating the title/url of the current
page even when tapping empty spaces or when certain elements lose focus.
Changing the implementation from using live regions to the
announceForAccessibility method seems to fix this issue.

961eba72f3 [fenix] Bug 1812518 - Show the download dialog as an Android View 
Tried to mimic the UX of a modal dialog while using Android Views.
This meant including a scrim that would consume all touches and theming the
navigation bar and status bar.
Avoiding a dialog and a separate window will allow the snackbar to see the
new "dialog" as a sibling in a CoordinatorLayout parent and so be able to
position itself based on the new "dialog".
This patch also added "start_download_dialog_layout" from A-C as it leads to
simpler and less code needed to style the layout - colors / shapes with
everything happening in XML versus calculating the values then setting them
programatically.

693161d0ea [fenix] Bug 1812518 - Control the snackbar positioning from Fenix 
Previously Android-Components - BrowserToolbarBehavior would be responsible
for positioning the snackbar above the toolbar.
With that responsibility removed we can handle in Fenix positioning the
snackbar depending on the toolbar and many more cases - like positioning it
depending on the download dialogs.
