b60a1326bf (svn r13390) -Codechange: introduce usererror() for fatal but not openttd related errors. Now all error() will 'crash' openttd after showing the message in win32 releases (MSVC), creating a crash.log and crash.dmp (like the '!' hack used before). 08671d2e78 (svn r13226) -Feature: Allow to have more than only two airports per town. The number of airports is now controlled by the noise each of them generates, the distance from town's center and how tolerant the town is.
