Review Checker BETA couldn't be navigated to by using TalkBack headings
shortcuts because it wasn't recognized as an heading. And when it was
focused it wasn't announced as a heading.
The same problems were found at the other sections too.
As solution, the semantics properties are used.
AdjustedProductRatingCard was declared as heading only and it will not
be announced by TalkBack as "Heading" because it makes harder to
understand the information, but it can be navigated as a heading.

This commit fixes an issue where it was possible for Firefox to show
sponsored and non-sponsored suggestions if the user explicitly disabled
and re-enabled the settings, and then unenrolled from the experiment.
In that case, the `show{Non}SponsoredSuggestions` settings would still
be `true` because they were user-set, even though `enableFxSuggest`
was now `false`.
As of this commit, the `show{Non}SponsoredSuggestions` settings are
only used if `enableFxSuggest` is `true`.

This feature allows a private tab to be reopened as a regular tab. The
feature is only enabled for users with the "Open links in a private tab"
option enabled - such users who follow links from external applications
will always have these tabs opened as private, so may wish to "opt-out"
of individual tabs being private.
Users without this option set will not have private tabs opened by
default, so have already opted-in to each private tab - thus, those users
are unlikely to benefit from this feature.
The feature is added to the main menu - however, as above, it will only
be visible when a private tab is open *and* "Open links in a private tab"
is enabled, so will only be seen by a minority of users.
The feature is also enabled only for Nightly while it is polished, but
the intention is that it eventually ride to release.

lands on a product detail page. If the user dismisses the CFR and
does not opt-in, we show it on the next product detail page after at
least 24 hours have elapsed.
This patch changes this to showing the CFR up to 3X (instead of 2)
with at least 12 hrs in-between (instead of 24).

We recently made a change to the shopping CFRs that made them harder
to dismiss. They can only be dismissed by clicking the close X or
by clicking the link that opens the bottom sheet. The issue is that
this results in the page and the UI being unresponsive. So we want
to revert back to the original behavior where they were
dismissible by clicking outside. This change currently only affects
the shopping CFR

Bug 1858542 - Introduce `FxSuggestFactsMiddleware`.

This commit builds on bug 1857092 to record impressions for sponsored
Firefox Suggest search suggestions, and moves the logic for recording
clicks to the same middleware.
An impression means, "did the user see a suggestion when they finished
engaging with the awesomebar?" A "finished engagement" means the user
navigated to a URL, a search results page, or a shown suggestion.
We don't record impressions for:
* Suggestions that the user sees as they're typing.
* Abandoned engagements, when the user dismisses the awesomebar without
navigating to a destination.
If the user taps on a Firefox Suggest suggestion, we record an
impression _and_ a click for that suggestion. If they tap on any other
suggestion, or navigate to a URL or search results page, we record an
impression only.
The new `FxSuggestFactsMiddleware` in this commit observes the
`EngagementFinished` action added in the last commit, and emits facts
for impressions and clicks.

This commit integrates the Firefox Suggest Android component added in
bug 1850296 into Fenix, and adds:
* A Nimbus feature for Firefox Suggest.
* A secret setting to enable the Firefox Suggest feature, only visible
on the debug channel.
* Search settings for toggling sponsored and non-sponsored suggestions,
only visible when the Firefox Suggest feature is enabled.
When the feature is enabled, Fenix will ingest new suggestions in
the background, show the new Search settings, and show matching
suggestions in the awesomebar depending on those Search settings.

Bug 1853113 - Monitor Search Widget presence based on activation

Previously, the way we registered if the user has installed the
search widget was keeping a count that increments every time
the widget was added and decrements everytime it was removed. The
main problem here was the wrong usage of onEnabled and onDeleted.
This patch aims to move towards a boolean based preference and use
the provided onDisabled method together with onEnabled. The logic
here is as follows: When the first instance of the widget has been
added, onEnabled will be called and the preference set to true and
no matter how many widgets are present on the homescreen, it will
stay true. When the last widget is removed, onDisabled will
be called and the pref will be set to false.

Bug 1837526 - Call StartupTimeline in the Compose Top Sites

Because we are migrating Top Sites to Compose, we want to ensure we
are still recording when top sites are loaded, therefore the call
for StartupTimeline is now called after creating the top sites
compose elements. Calling it here will ensure it will be called
even after we replace the home page recycler with a Compose view.
