Bug 1871156 - Report impressions and clicks for Firefox Suggestions in the `events` ping.
...
Fenix currently reports AMP and Wikipedia impressions and clicks in the
`fx-suggest` ping, which intentionally omits the `client_id`. This
complicates experiment analysis, because our tooling relies on the
`client_id`.
This commit adds separate events for impressions and clicks on
sponsored and non-sponsored suggestions to the `events` ping.
* The new `awesomebar.{non_}sponsored_suggestion_clicked` events are
collected the same way as the existing `fx-suggest` ping, and in line
with the other `awesomebar.*_suggestion_clicked` events.
* The new `awesomebar.{non_}sponsored_suggestion_impressed` events are
collected for engaged and abandoned search sessions. In constrast,
the `fx-suggest` ping is only sent for engaged search sessions.

This commit adds a `handleSuggestExceptions` helper to
`FxSuggestStorage` that catches and reports `SuggestApiException`s from
the Suggest Rust component. `handleSuggestExceptions` works like the
existing `handle{Fxa, Places}Exceptions` helpers.
`FxSuggestIngestionWorker`'s retry behavior is unchanged: if ingestion
fails, the exception will now be reported, but the operation will still
be rescheduled using `WorkManager`'s retry mechanism, as before.

Before, when the screen reader was used, all highlights were announced
as static texts.
Now by using collectionInfo and collectionItemInfo, informations like
location and the position of the highlight in the list and the size
of the list are announced for each category of highlights and for each
highlight.

Unfortunately, the data we got back was flawed; and I hadn't noticed:
the device information was present, but the font data was just populating
the errors array instead of the fonts array. The FileInputStream on
live devices doesn't support reset, so it's been replaced with two separate
FileInputStreams.
Also bump the integer to cause another resubmission from Nightly users,
and include the submission integer.

component-specific manifest in the `feature-fxsuggest` component.
* An `available-suggestion-types` variable for that feature, which
holds a map of all available suggestion types that the
`FxSuggestSuggestionProvider` can return.
This lets us toggle suggestion types remotely as part of our
experiments.

Review Checker BETA couldn't be navigated to by using TalkBack headings
shortcuts because it wasn't recognized as an heading. And when it was
focused it wasn't announced as a heading.
The same problems were found at the other sections too.
As solution, the semantics properties are used.
AdjustedProductRatingCard was declared as heading only and it will not
be announced by TalkBack as "Heading" because it makes harder to
understand the information, but it can be navigated as a heading.

This commit fixes an issue where it was possible for Firefox to show
sponsored and non-sponsored suggestions if the user explicitly disabled
and re-enabled the settings, and then unenrolled from the experiment.
In that case, the `show{Non}SponsoredSuggestions` settings would still
be `true` because they were user-set, even though `enableFxSuggest`
was now `false`.
As of this commit, the `show{Non}SponsoredSuggestions` settings are
only used if `enableFxSuggest` is `true`.

This feature allows a private tab to be reopened as a regular tab. The
feature is only enabled for users with the "Open links in a private tab"
option enabled - such users who follow links from external applications
will always have these tabs opened as private, so may wish to "opt-out"
of individual tabs being private.
Users without this option set will not have private tabs opened by
default, so have already opted-in to each private tab - thus, those users
are unlikely to benefit from this feature.
The feature is added to the main menu - however, as above, it will only
be visible when a private tab is open *and* "Open links in a private tab"
is enabled, so will only be seen by a minority of users.
The feature is also enabled only for Nightly while it is polished, but
the intention is that it eventually ride to release.
