12d2999d59 Bug 1672252 - Ignore case when appending Juno Onboarding privacy link 
Due to a difference of lowercase/uppercase letters in the message
shown in Juno Onboarding when displaying the privacy notice link
and having talkback enabled, the app crashed because it could not
find the starting index of the required text. This patch will not
add the link text if the description text does not contain the link
text.

When having the list layout for tabs tray and entering multi-select
mode, the selected list items should have a purple non opaque overlay
on the thumbnail, as it was before in the XML implementation.

934e3371bf Bug 1831497 - [a11y] Dictate correct hint when selecting engine 
In order for talkback to correctly dictate the hint for a newly
selected search engine in the search toolbar, it required setting
it when updating the content description of the toolbar.
Previously, when updating the content description, it was using
the previous search engine hint.

24895cb11c Bug 1833452 - Fix app services autopublish when building Fenix/Focus 
Moved the code into `settings.gradle` and put it inside an `allprojects`
block.  I'm not 100% sure what's going on but I think this applies the
changes to android-components projects as well.  In any case, `./gradlew
assembleDebug` now seems to pick up the local app-services code.
