Enabled configuration of open and close icons in indentedTree
...
Added chart.iconOpen and chart.iconClose in the same format as
chart.tableClass etc that will return the current setting for either
icon value unless an argument is supplied, in which case they will
replace the settng with the new value and return the chart.

Cleaned up the pie implementation a little more, and moved the old pie to deprecated. Will be making pieChart.js shortly that will have an optional legend and tooltips built in.

Colors no longer have a ahrd limit of 10 or 20, they are dependant on how many colors are fed to teh chart, the default being 10 or 20, but suer can difine as many as they want
