This var will return the manhattan distance of the nearest house that match a given criteria.
The criterias can be: 0 : house ID/ 1 : Class ID/ 2 : grf ID
The search radius can be defined too, up to 64.

-Codechange: Wrap all transparency settings in accessors, hiding the implementation
-Change: Clicking "transparent building" menu will toggle Houses And Trees only.  The other options can be used in the transparency gui.
