# Pinecone

- Install the Python SDK with `pip install pinecone-client`
|
|
## Wrappers

|
### VectorStore
|
|
|
|
There exists a wrapper around Pinecone indexes, allowing you to use it as a vectorstore,
|
|
whether for semantic search or example selection.
|
|
|
|
To import this vectorstore:
|
|

from langchain.vectorstores import Pinecone
|
|
```
