Return the lesser of two values

### Parameters
|
|
```x``` specify the first value to compare.
|
|
|
|
```y``` pecify the second value to compare.
|
|
|
|
### Description
|
|
```min()``` returns the minimum of the two parameters. It returns ```y``` if ```y``` is less than ```x```, otherwise it returns ```x```.
