Reverse proxy

Caddy is used, details here.

Caddyfile

umami.{$MY_DOMAIN} {
  reverse_proxy umami:3000

  log {
      output file /data/logs/umami_access.log {
          roll_size 20mb
          roll_keep 5
      }
  }
}

- Run it all

Restarting the Caddy container docker container restart caddy will kick in the changes. Give Caddy time to get certificates, check docker logs caddy.

First run

Default login: admin // umami. Go and change the password straight away.

Trouble shooting

Check umami logs docker logs umami.

Update

Watchtower updates the image automatically.

Manual image update:

  • docker-compose pull
  • docker-compose up -d
  • docker image prune
