**Description**:
_PebbloSafeLoader_: Add support for pebblo's cloud api-key in
PebbloSafeLoader

- This Pull request enables PebbloSafeLoader to accept pebblo's cloud
api-key and send the semantic classification data to pebblo cloud.

What is it?

LangChain Community contains third-party integrations that implement the base interfaces defined in LangChain Core, making them ready-to-use in any LangChain application.
