- **Description:** adds an `exclude` parameter to the DirectoryLoader
class, based on similar behavior in GenericLoader
- **Issue:** discussed in
https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchain/discussions/9059 and I think
in some other issues that I cannot find at the moment 🙇
