+This ought to be the default chocolate cake.
+
+- ⏲️ Prep time: 40 min
+- 🍳 Cook time: 45 min to 1 hour
+- 🍽️ Servings: 12

+## Ingredients
+
+- 100g (or 3/4 cup) of Flour
+- 150g (or 1/2 cup) of Butter
+- 100g (or 3/4 cup) of Cocoa
+- 300g (or 1 cup) of Sugar
+- 100ml of Coffee
+- 6 Eggs
+- 2 tea spoons of Baking Powder
+
+## Directions
+
+1. Melt the sugar with the coffee in a Bain Marie
+   (a larger pan of water with a smaller pan containing the ingredients inside it).
+2. Break the eggs separate yolks from whites in different containers.
+3. Melt butter in sugar coffee Bain Marie.
+4. Whisk whites 'till they froth.
+5. Pour cocoa into Bain Marie and mix well.
+6. Preheat the oven (180 °C).
+7. Pour the yolks into the Bain Marie, mix well.
+8. Pour the mixture in the Bain Marie into the bowl with the whites.
+9. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the whites.
+10. Mix everything in the bowl in a folding manner.
+11. Butter the baking pan and pour in the mixture.
+12. Leave in oven for 45 min. If after 45 min the cake hasn't come away from the sides
+    of the pan leave for another 10 min.
