+## Ingredients
+
+### For the dough:
+- 1 cup Milk
+- 2 teaspoons Instant Yeast
+- 1/4 cup Sugar
+- 2 Eggs
+- 1/4 cup softened Butter
+- 3 cups Flour
+- A pinch of Salt
+### For the filling:
+- 1.5 cups Sugar
+- 1/2 cup softened Butter
+ -4 tablespoons ground Cinnamon 
+
+## Directions
+
+1. In a large bowl, mix all dough ingredients except butter.
+2. Kneed in the butter gradually until dough passes the "Windowpane Test".
+3. Let rise for 90 minutes.
+4. In a small bowl, mix all filling ingredients.
+5. Take risen dough and roll it into a rectangle the size of your pan.
+6. Spread your filling inside your dough.
+7. Roll the dough into a log and cut into rolls.
+8. Place inside your pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
+9. Wash melted butter over your rolls and bake at 175°C.
+10. Drizzle frosting as soon as rolls come out of the oven, let cool, tear and serve.
