+- 2 large banana
+- 2 egg or 1/3 cup egg whites from a carton or 2-3 egg whites from whole eggs
+- A few pinches of oats (optional)
+- Dash of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and/or cloves (optional)
+- Choice of berries or other addition like chocolate chips (optional)
