Oats are most commonly served cooked. However, "Overnight Oats" are eaten raw to retain more nutrients like testosterone. Raw oats must be soaked for at least 12 hours. This allows the oats to expand safely, outside the gut. It also reduces the amount of phytate, which is a digestion inhibitor.
Note: don't worry if you hate plain yogurt! The bananas and peanut butter combine to neutralize the bad taste.

## Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 3 bananas (the riper, the better)
- 6 tbsp plain yogurt
- 9 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 cups oats
- 9 eggs (optional)
## Directions
1. Pour milk into blender
2. Slice bananas into a few pieces each and add to blender, blend until combined.
3. Scoop yogurt into blender and blend until combined.
4. Scoop peanut butter into blender and blend until combined.
5. If using eggs, scramble and cook them on the stove. Add them to blender and blend until combined.
6. Divide blender contents between 3 storage containers, such as tupperware.
7. Divide oats into each contatiner.
8. Mix each container throughoughly so that the oats are well distributed and are not clumped together.
9. Let soak in refridgerator for at least 12 hours.
