  • is the entry valuable to people trying to get things done in Rust?
  • if yes, use the template [XXX/YYY](https://github.com/XXX/YYY) — DESCRIPTION [<img src="https://travis-ci.org/XXX/YYY.svg?branch=master">](https://travis-ci.org/XXX/YYY)
  • pay attention to the alphabetical ordering
