(svn r10169) -Fix [FS#875]: trunk did still tell Windows that it was version 0.5.0(.0), so now we use a "bogus" version number to tell it's not a real release. The version number that will be shown in-game will not change, only the version number in the file properties.

The hash area scanned is far smaller than the old hash table, which is now used for viewport updates only. This should give a significant performance improvement for games with many vehicles. (svn r10109) -Fix [FS#838]: some NewGRFs use the same (unused in the "current" climate) sprite IDs. Normally this gives some artefacts, but when one NewGRF expects it to be a sprite and another NewGRF overwrites it with a non-sprite nasty things happen (drawing a non-sprite crashes OTTD).
