truelight 7cafdf3b0b (svn r1525) -Codechange: rewrote the _order_array, now it can be made dynamic.
-Codechange: renamed all 'schedule' stuff to 'order(list)'
-Codechange: moved all order-stuff to order_cmd.c / order.h
-Codechange: vehicles that share orders are now linked to eachother
  with next_shared/prev_shared in Vehicle

  Developers: please use AssignOrder to assign data to an order. If not, 
   you _WILL_ make the save-routine to assert!

celestar ecc4e2041b (svn r1493) -Codechange: Removed redundancy in the order GUI. Currently we had most
of the code written 4 - 8 times in the code.
    This currently causes the "non-stop" button to appear for all
vehicles, which is disabled all the time. Don't report this as a bug
please.
    This is (hopefully) the first patch in a joint effort to simplify
the order system

darkvater 2d023f9c0b (svn r1478) -Fix: [1099195] mouse-wheel in train replace window. Scrollbar1 and Scrollbar2 now work independently. You can only scroll on list and scrollbar itself; scrollbar must be next widget of the list.
-Fix: updated the few gui's that didn't have the scrollbar right after the listbox.
