Except the documentation and the /config URL, this variable is not used. This commit remove the variable definition in the engines, and set value according to supported_languages length: False when the length is 0, True otherwise. Close #2485	3 years ago

Markus Heiser	ad7a6e6e10	bugfix(!biv) : bing-video do not like "older" User-Agents ... When selecting other languages than 'en', bing-video did not handle the language correct and gave very bad results.
