Make lineWithFocusChart have consistent x and y value getters
...
lineWithFocusChart uses two separate line charts, and this change
ensures that any x/y value getter (e.g. `chart.x(...)`) set on the main
line chart is also migrated to the focus chart.

Colors no longer have a ahrd limit of 10 or 20, they are dependant on how many colors are fed to teh chart, the default being 10 or 20, but suer can difine as many as they want
