Ankush Gola	82baecc892	Add a SQL agent for interacting with SQL Databases and JSON Agent for interacting with large JSON blobs (#1150 ) This PR adds * `ZeroShotAgent.as_sql_agent`, which returns an agent for interacting with a sql database. This builds off of `SQLDatabaseChain`. rogerserper	e46cd3b7db	Google Search API integration with serper.dev (wrapper, tests, docs, … (#909 ) Adds Google Search integration with [Serper](https://serper.dev) a low-cost alternative to SerpAPI (10x cheaper + generous free tier). Includes documentation, tests and examples. Hopefully I am not missing anything.
