* non-admin powershell terminal
* `Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser`
* `irm get.scoop.sh | iex`
* `scoop install git sudo`
* `scoop bucket add extras`
* `scoop bucket add sysinternals`
* `scoop bucket add nonportable`

### Machine-wide

* admin powershell terminal
* `Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass`
