Merge #291

291: Add gdbstub r=adamgreig a=daniel5151

Add `gdbstub` to this list of no-std crates.

`gdbstub` is a `#![no_std]`compatible (and `alloc` free) implementation of the GDB remote serial protocol in Rust.
