- rename CHANNEL_* constants to NCCHANNEL_*.
- rename Egc to NcChar & EgcBackstop to NcCharBackstop.
- rename Palette to NcPalette & PaletteIndex to NcPaletteIndex.
- rename IntResult to NcResult.
- rename Color to NcColor.
- rename Rgb to NcRgb.
- rename AlphaBits to NcAlphaBits.
- rename StyleMask to NcStyleMask.
