### Changed
- Renamed `nvim-remote.py` to `nvr` for convenience.
- "nvr" is no real wrapper anymore. This is done for implementing more useful
  flags that act slight different than their nvim equivalents in the future.
- Unused arguments are fed to `--remote-silent`.
