add +checked+ folder, see commit description the first 500 streams of all the files in the +merged+ folder were selected and tested against github actions which uses microsoft's zure servers in american datacenters, these all worked and gave a 200 response code, there might be further updates to this folder in the future

refresh the +checked+ folder since this folder is about checked links it's normal that with new additions there is also new deletions, however i'm planning to go further than just 4 passes (2000 streams per file) which means more links are being checked in total
