Ryan Tharp 969865c499 internal refactor
- created various structs for each record type
- changed DNSd to return most of the recieved packet (allowing for multiple answers)
- favor vector<byte_t> over c-style buffers
- support NS records a little better
- fixed output on cname, ptr, txt
