Thomas Winget	7caa87862e	standardize include format and pragma once All #ifndef guards on headers have been removed, I think, in favor of #pragma once Headers are now included as `#include "filename"` if the included file resides in the same directory as the file including it, or any subdirectory therein. Otherwise they are included as `#include <project/top/dir/relative/path/filename>` The above does not include system/os headers.	4 years ago

Unfortunately, these rule changes create a massive change to the codebase, which causes an apparent rewrite of git history. Jason Rhinelander	2e9840ea39	Replace abseil date code with Hinnart's date.h Howard Hinnart's date.h is the library that was accepted as C++20 date/calendar support, so this is essentially a backport of C++20 date time support. (It does support timezone support, but requires more of the library and that seems like overkill for what we need; this just prints UTC timestamps instead, which need only a header-only include).	5 years ago
