It would be fine to maintain consistency in spelling out the numbers (provided that they are not code/math/ BTC amounts) that are < 10. I left out "8 GB" unchanged, though. "eight Gigabyte" would perhaps be more consistent, but at the same time would seem very
unusual, whereas "eight GB" just make no sense to me.

Hedged with "typically" and brought up the points on opening an account as a 9-year old. Glad for John that he got his console in the end. May we all be so lucky
- I removed acronym from first sentence and put it into the second. I did not feel that it is a good start when the first sentence of the book already has an acronym.
- Removed LN acronym 4-5 times further down. It was not consistently used anyway. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I also think it reads better spelled out. So, for a book I feel it is better to spell it out 4 times, than to abbreviate it 4 times.

Centralization is still mentioned, but as an undesirable side effect. The first emphasis is on the limited scaling that can be done by simply increasing the block size
transactions are what is happening on chain and technically speaking a data structure to be placed in the blocks of the bitcoin blockchain. While on the lightning network bitcoin transactions are being modified constantly and outside of the bitcoin network when making a payment we don't do transactions.
At that point it is not important to understand the technical differences but I think we should already stick to the terminology that we will use later and throughout the book.
Also added two sentences before the second sentence as I felt we went to the technical part / defintion too quickly.
