56bb730bb4 Only reposition selection if not in view 
This sets the selection to top if 'above' current top and to bottom if
'below' current bottom.
Feels a lot more natural that way.

c431ba904c [pcre2] don't add PRCE2_HOME to the search path if it is empty 
This used to add -L/lib to LDFLAGS which was not an issue unless
you are cross compiling and then it may detect PCRE features based
on the host PCRE not the target one.

e426a63731 Allow only visible log rows being selected 
This solves the issue of the cursor going out of the visible screen
area. Wrapped rows were previously counted as single row but displayed
as multiple which led to the problem.

8f8be6fd20 Clean up defaults, add mac layout 
Remove items that are the same as the default keymap

Adds a Swedish Mac layout because shift-4 is not the same as on a
Windows keyboard
