docs: misc retrievers fixes (#9791)
Various miscellaneous fixes to most pages in the 'Retrievers' section of
the documentation:
- "VectorStore" and "vectorstore" changed to "vector store" for
consistency
- Various spelling, grammar, and formatting improvements for readability
