community: Add stock market tools from financialdatasets.ai (#25025) 
**Description:**
In this PR, I am adding three stock market tools from
financialdatasets.ai (my API!):
- get balance sheets
- get cash flow statements
- get income statements

What is it?

LangChain Community contains third-party integrations that implement the base interfaces defined in LangChain Core, making them ready-to-use in any LangChain application.
