searx_search: updated tools and doc (#6276) 
- Allows using the  same wrapper to create multiple tools
```python
wrapper = SearxSearchWrapper(searx_host="**")
github_tool = SearxSearchResults(name="Github",
                            wrapper=wrapper,
                            kwargs = {
                                "engines": ["github"],
                                })

arxiv_tool = SearxSearchResults(name="Arxiv",
