Due to BaseRequestsTool changes, we need to pass
allow_dangerous_requests manually.

Small improvement to the openapi prompt.
The agent was not finding the server base URL (looping through all
nodes). This small change narrows the search and enables finding the url
faster.

Previously, if this did not find a mypy cache then it wouldnt run
this makes it always run
adding mypy ignore comments with existing uncaught issues to unblock other prs
