Fix sql_database.ipynb link (#6525)

Looks like the
[SQLDatabaseChain](https://langchain.readthedocs.io/en/latest/modules/chains/examples/sqlite.html)
in the SQL Database Agent page was broken I've change it to the SQL
Chain page
