feat: add model architecture back to wandb tracer (#6806)
# Description This PR adds model architecture to the `WandbTracer` from the Serialized Run kwargs. This allows visualization of the calling parameters of an Agent, LLM and Tool in Weights & Biases. 1. Safely serialize the run objects to WBTraceTree model_dict 2.
