NiLuJe edfb29b406 Fix duplicate suspend scheduling in Device:onPowerEvent
We should always unschedule suspend before scheduling it again (i.e.,
use rescheduleSuspend ;)).

Fix #8097 (many thanks to @Mel-kior for the detailed repro!)
