Go through a dedicated sticky invisible widget instead of piggybacking
on ScreenSaverWidget, so that we behave if there are other InputContainers
in ScreenSaverWidget, or if there isn't any ScreenSaverWidget at all.

* Get rid of the `canToggleGSensor` Device cap, it's now mandatory for `hasGSensor` devices. (This means Kindles can now toggle the gyro, fix#9136).
* This also means that `Device:toggleGSensor` is now implemented by `Generic`.
* Update the Screen & Gyro rotation constants to be clearer (c.f., https://github.com/koreader/koreader-base/pull/1568) (/!\ This might conceivably break some `rotation_map` user-patches).
* Input: Move the platform-specific gyro handling to Device implementations, and let Input only handle a single, custom protocol (`EV_MSC:MSC_GYRO`).
* Input: Refine the `rotation_map` disable method implemented in 43b021d37c. Instead of directly poking at the internal field, use a new method, `disableRotationMap` (/!\ Again, this might break some `rotation_map` user-patches).
* Input: Minor tweaks to event adjust hooks to make them more modular, allowing the Kobo implementation to build and use a single composite hook. API compatibility maintained with wrappers.
Exclude some screensaver option showing book content
(title, page image) when "Exclude this book cover" is checked.
Random image as fallback, KOReader logo as 2nd-order fallback.
If there are hidden flows, this calculates the current page, total pages, percent, time left in chapter, and time left in the magic variables used in screensaver message only for the current flow. If there are no hidden flows, the behavior is the same as before.

Using a custom message would effectively prevent the event message from
showing up, which is... bad.
(In fact, I'm half of the mind to get rid of the option to hide the
event messages, because it's a goddamned terrible idea).
Basically:
* Use `extend` for class definitions
* Use `new` for object instantiations
That includes some minor code cleanups along the way:
* Updated `Widget`'s docs to make the semantics clearer.
* Removed `should_restrict_JIT` (it's been dead code since https://github.com/koreader/android-luajit-launcher/pull/283)
* Minor refactoring of LuaSettings/LuaData/LuaDefaults/DocSettings to behave (mostly, they are instantiated via `open` instead of `new`) like everything else and handle inheritance properly (i.e., DocSettings is now a proper LuaSettings subclass).
* Default to `WidgetContainer` instead of `InputContainer` for stuff that doesn't actually setup key/gesture events.
* Ditto for explicit `*Listener` only classes, make sure they're based on `EventListener` instead of something uselessly fancier.
* Unless absolutely necessary, do not store references in class objects, ever; only values. Instead, always store references in instances, to avoid both sneaky inheritance issues, and sneaky GC pinning of stale references.
* ReaderUI: Fix one such issue with its `active_widgets` array, with critical implications, as it essentially pinned *all* of ReaderUI's modules, including their reference to the `Document` instance (i.e., that was a big-ass leak).
* Terminal: Make sure the shell is killed on plugin teardown.
* InputText: Fix Home/End/Del physical keys to behave sensibly.
* InputContainer/WidgetContainer: If necessary, compute self.dimen at paintTo time (previously, only InputContainers did, which might have had something to do with random widgets unconcerned about input using it as a baseclass instead of WidgetContainer...).
* OverlapGroup: Compute self.dimen at *init* time, because for some reason it needs to do that, but do it directly in OverlapGroup instead of going through a weird WidgetContainer method that it was the sole user of.
* ReaderCropping: Under no circumstances should a Document instance member (here, self.bbox) risk being `nil`ed!
* Kobo: Minor code cleanups.
* This removes support for the following deprecated constants: `DTAP_ZONE_FLIPPING`, `DTAP_ZONE_BOOKMARK`, `DCREREADER_CONFIG_DEFAULT_FONT_GAMMA`
* The "Advanced settings" panel now highlights modified values in bold (think about:config in Firefox ;)).
* LuaData: Isolate global table lookup shenanigans, and fix a few issues in unused-in-prod codepaths.
* CodeStyle: Require module locals for Lua/C modules, too.
* ScreenSaver: Actually garbage collect our widget on close (ScreenSaver itself is not an instantiated object).
* DateTimeWidget: Code cleanups to ensure child widgets can be GC'ed.
* AutoSuspend: Use the canSuspend devcap check instead of reinventing the wheel.
* Device & UIManager: Cleanup canSuspend devcap check related stuff to avoid boilerplate code.
(It also now defaults to no, and is explicitly set by device implementations where supported).
* AutoSuspend: Re-engage suspend/shutdown timers when fully charged.
This restores the existing behavior pre #9036
(c.f., https://github.com/koreader/koreader/pull/9258#issuecomment-1167672356)
* SDL: Unbreak the fake suspend behavior so that it actually works.
Tweak the default screensaver message to remind users that Power is bound to F2.

* AutoSuspend: Re-engage suspend/shutdown timers on unplug.
This matters on Kobo, because the unexpected wakeup guard might have stopped the suspend timer.
(In which case we return a checkerboard pattern).
ScreenSaver: Make sure the choose image/folder/document settings
report what the code actually does on empty settings...
* Handle said rotation shenanigans inside ScreenSaver & ScreenSaverWidget, which allows a more targeted approach; and prevents said rotation from affecting other widgets. (Also, gets rid of duplicated code).
* Handle the corner-case or exiting early from a "keep on screen for n sec" screensaver better, by unscheduling the extra refresh, since an early tap took care of that already.

Guard a few other similar constructs
There have been a couple of these this month, and keeping stuff that should only ever run once piling up in their respective module was getting ugly, especially when it's usually simple stuff (settings, files).
So, move everything to a dedicated module, run by reader.lua on startup, and that will actually only do things once, when necessary.
By which I mean, explicitly initialize default settings, making everything seven hundred billion percent less weird.
Also, split the background option between image and (solo) message, because the defaults for those are different, and trying to twist the one into the other was leading to pure madness.
* Screensaver: Unbreak screensaver_stretch_images
We don't have real ternary operators in Lua, if the second argument evaluates to false, it doesn't work.
Invert the test to avoid this pitfall.

Fix#7402, regression since #7371
* Free a few similar constructs (incidentally, some of 'em also tweaked in #7371 ^^).
* LuaSettings/DocSettings: Updated readSetting API to allow proper initialization to default.
Use it to initialize tables, e.g., fixing corner-cases in readerFooter that could prevent settings from being saved.
(Fixes an issue reported on Gitter).
* LuaSettings/DocSettings: Add simpler API than the the flip* ones to toggle boolean settings.
* Update LuaSettings/DocSettigns usage throughout the codebase to use the dedicated boolean methods wher appropriate, and clean up some of the more mind-bending uses.
* FileChooser: Implement an extended default exclusion list (fix#2360)
* ScreenSaver: Refactor to avoid the pile of kludges this was threatening to become. Code should be easier to follow and use, and fallbacks now behave as expected (fix#4418).
* Don't try to expand a screensaver message without any special tokens
* Don't needlessly nil the background when show_message is true
Honor the actual nil background setting, now that we've got one.
Also, only clear covers_fullscreen with no background *and* no widget.
* Support special tokens outside of ReaderUI. Because the undocumented
"Oops, I'll use the fallback otherwise" was extremely not
user-friendly.
Adds a screensaver mode which is just a line of text at the top of the screen. Purpose is to be minimally obstructive while still displaying something to indicate the device is asleep.
bidi.lua:
- Revert "Alias everything to Bidi.nowrap() when in LTR UI,
as using LTR isolates seems uneeded when already LTR" (part
of a628714f) which was a wrong assumption: we need proper
wrappers for all things paths. Enhance some of these wrappers.
- Fix GetText RTL wrapping which was losing empty lines and
trailing \n.
- Wrap all paths, directories, filenames in the code with
these wrappers.
- Wrap all book metadata (title, authors...) with BD.auto(),
as it helps fixing some edge cases (like open/close quotation
marks which are not considered as bracket types by FriBiDi).
(Needed some minor logic changes in CoverBrowser.)
- Tweak hyphenation menu text
- Update forgotten SortWidget for UI mirroring
- KoptConfig: update "justification" index for RTL re-ordering,
following the recent addition of the page_gap_height option.
