bump crengine: speed optimisations, support obfuscated fonts (#9758)

Includes:
- CSS: cache parse results
- LVContainer: optimize filename lookups with a hashtable
- EPUB: optimize OPF parsing
- EPUB: support obfuscated embedded fonts
- Fonts/CSS: handle "oblique" as "italic"
