update OrbCommon for XDR support

XDR is soon to be normal
OrbConvert project will provide a method for converting to new XOrb
XOrbs are XDR based-orbs
XOrbs will be the cornerstone of new features
XOrbs will support systems such as macros, embeded device data and more!
Much is yet to be planned and developed yet!
XOrbs will eventually be versioned for compatibility
