b8037ceb83 (svn r4082) -Fix: [OSX] FS#80 Crash when switching from windowed to fullscreen
this bug was introduced in rev 3670, but when undetected for a long time since it was resolution specific
	this is likely the issue with x86 OSX in fullscreen, so I removed the really slow workaround and will clean it up once I get positive feedback from a x86 mac
	this means that x86 OSX should now get the 1000% video driver speed boost as well
	this fix is written by eglandil

ea1adebe31 (svn r4075) - Feature: Undraw the mouse when it leaves the window and Draw it again when it enters. Added both for WIN32 and SDL. Since Win95 has troubles with TrackMouseEvent(), this function was just simply rewritten which was the easiest. Based on a patch by DmitryKo. 2006-03-24 00:42:35 +00:00

10936e7034 (svn r4074) -Feature: [Makefile] the makefile can now detect if iconv is present in the system
if detected, WITH_ICONV will be defined in the C code
	WITH_ICONV is also added to Makefile.config
	OSX do not use this flag setting in Makefile.config, as it is set at compile time based on target OS version
	the actual C code is not changed as the current iconv code is hardcoded for OSX and would break if any other OS got iconv
	This detection system is by request of Darkvater

5ea7685c2d (svn r4060) -Codechange: [OSX] made the release target (in os/macosx/Makefile) easier to use since it gives the release disk image the right name automatically
it now uses REV instead of RELEASE, which means RELEASE is not needed to be set manaully anymore
	it also automatically adds "-jaguar" when making a build aimed at OSX 10.2 (codenamed jaguar)

this have the sideeffect that 10.2.8 will still have the "failure to save with certain chars in the filename bug", but at least it can compile again

fc32e20195 (svn r3992) -Fix: Rewrote the code to determine whether a rail-tile can be terraformed.
Fixes a bug where you could terraform a tunnel (fixed by r3228, but reverted that one)
Fixes a bug introduced by r3228 which allowed steep rail tiles resulting in ... unwanted effects such as display artifacts.
That means the terraform feature should not work as intended; it also uses _valid_tileh_slopes to determine valid configurations instead of hand-brewn stuff.
TODO: _terraform_err_tile and similar TileIndices should have INVALID_TILE as "unused", not 0. (0 is a valid tile).
