Note: If people could watch out for initialising structs with
  *non-constants* in future... it's a bit annoying, I
  know, but Open Watcom isn't the only compiler which
  doesn't support this (yet) - Borland, for example,
  still doesn't like it.

fe16ef6637 (svn r1281) -Fix: the OS/2 is now finished. Fixes:
- Networking
  - File selector issue
  - Keyboard input
  - Dedicated server console issue (use dedicated.cmd to open a server)
  - Plus many other minor issues

Works fine, beside some minor stuff:
  - Network is not working yet
  - Keyboard is not working
  - No MIDI support
  - 'A few file selector bugs involving drives'
