(svn r11937) -Feature: Allow building bridge heads on more slopes.
These are SLOPE_NW, SLOPE_SW, SLOPE_SE, SLOPE_NE (with bridge perpendicular to the slope) and SLOPE_NS, SLOPE_EW.
